Cayce Golf is a Marlborough-based golf accessories brand specializing in bold, artist-designed headcovers. Our products are sold direct-to-consumer and through major retailers including Golf Galaxy, Dick's Sporting Goods, and PGA Tour SuperStore. We're a small team that moves fast, takes pride in quality, and doesn't take ourselves too seriously.
The Role
We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented person to handle order fulfillment on a part-time basis. This is a straightforward, hands-on role: you'll pick, pack, and ship orders from our Marlborough location. The schedule is flexible but consistent — approximately 6 hours per week, split across 2–3 sessions to keep orders moving out the door quickly.
What You'll Do
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately based on Shopify order queue
- Print shipping labels and prepare packages for carrier pickup
- Organize and maintain inventory in the fulfillment area
- Inspect products for quality before shipping
- Communicate any inventory issues or order discrepancies
What We're Looking For
- Reliable and consistent — you show up when you say you will
- Detail-oriented — right product, right address, every time
- Comfortable with light physical work (lifting boxes up to 25 lbs)
- Located in or near Marlborough, MA
- No experience required — we'll train you on everything
Schedule & Compensation
- Approximately 6 hours per week (flexible scheduling)
- Hours may increase during peak seasons (holidays, Father's Day, golf season launch)
- $18–$22/hour depending on experience
- On-site in Marlborough, MA
