A Barrel Head Cover is a cylindrical protective cover that comes in two sizes (Driver and Fairway Wood). It's best known for its ease of use, its hidden elastic grip that prevents the falling off and loss of the headcover, and its 360 degree design.
Yes! Barrel headcovers for Drivers fit Drivers up to 460cc, our Fairway Wood size fits both fairway woods and mini drivers. They have been tested with all 2026 models.
A hidden inner elastic grip allows the club head to pass through and then "locks" it in place until you want to pull it off. You can flip the club upside down, shake it and it won't fall off. Only when you intentionally pull it off does it come off of the club!
Our barrel headcovers come in 900D polyester, synthetic PU leather, microfiber leather and genuine leather.

The Driver size accommodates 460cc heads. That covers every current 2026 driver model. The cover is wider at the top than at the mouth. It sits down over the crown, then the opening closes back around the hosel.
Why barrel instead of hourglass?
A traditional hourglass cover has a front and a back. Half of it faces the wrong way at any given moment. A cylinder doesn’t. The design wraps all the way around, so there is no wrong way for it to sit in your bag.
The straight walls matter too. The cover seats in one motion instead of being worked on. It also comes off without dragging the club with it.
